I sure hope this proposal is defeated. This will not help people who want to enjoy this and other trailways. What next a fee for walkers and runners. If not, why not one might ask. If you impose a fee on one, then it is only fair that all pay. So do the right thing, defeat this stupidity.

I have six bikes — two foldering bikes for city riding, a touring bike, fast road bike, Bike Friday travel bike, cargo bike. I can ride only one at a time! They have different purposes, like my Crocs, hiking boots, dress shoes, sneakers, bike shoes. $50 registration fee for each one, though This get into some real money. Glad I live south of the New Hampshire border. Will a cop flag me down if I ride in New Hampshire? This is all thoughtless. What is really needed is education, licensing and regulation of e-motos as motorcycles, which they are.
